Mr. Fertyl Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Allow additional time for bank processing. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at patrick@mrfertyl.com.

Final Sale Items

• Single-pair orders are final sale if worn or washed.
• Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
