Fertility Fit Guarantee

• If you ordered a multi-pack, try on just one pair to check the fit.
• If it doesn’t fit, return the 'try on' pair and the rest unopened within 30 days for a refund or store credit.
• Single-pair orders are final sale and non-refundable if worn or washed for hygiene reasons.

Free First-Time Exchange

• If it’s your first order, we’ll cover the cost of your first exchange for a different size.
• Applies to multi-pack orders only (since we allow trying one pair).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• To initiate a self-serve return, please log in to your customer account. Click Here To Access Your Account Portal.
  (If you prefer, you can also email us at patrick@mrfertyl.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange).
  
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. orders only) and instructions on how to send it back.
• Returns must be shipped to:

Damages & Order Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at patrick@mrfertyl.com, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed single pair orders (for hygiene reasons).
• Sale items and gift cards (final sale).
• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
